​Rosie, our CEO, has worked as a maternity nurse for over two decades, providing newborn care across the UK, America, Europe, and the Middle East. Her global experience and natural compassion for families have shaped the nurturing ethos that guides every decision we make.​​
Florence brings over a decade of clinical experience in psychology and mental health nursing. Her professional background spans specialist care in eating disorders, substance misuse (drug and alcohol services), and maternity nursing. In addition to her hospital-based roles, Florence has delivered compassionate care across a wide range of community settings, including domiciliary and live-in care, elderly support, and home-based care solutions.
Her deep clinical knowledge, combined with a strong commitment to person-centred care, guides our team in delivering services that are safe, responsive, and grounded in empathy and dignity.
